The unified financial ledger
Your whole financial life, in one place.
FullFi keeps one ledger for your bank accounts, cards, cash, currencies, crypto wallets, and DeFi positions. Transfers stay transfers, swaps stay trades, and every number traces back to where it came from.

Every account, one chart.
A chequing account, a card, an envelope of euros, a brokerage, a wallet on three chains, a liquidity position. In most apps these live in different places. In FullFi they're accounts in the same ledger, each kept in its own currency or token.
Your reports convert to the currency you choose, at the rate of the day each thing happened. Last year's numbers don't move when today's rate does.

Money keeps its meaning.
A transaction list sees money leave one place and arrive in another, and guesses. FullFi keeps double-entry books underneath, so a transfer is a transfer, a swap is a trade, and every fee is its own line. You never see a debit or a credit unless you ask.

Every number explains itself.
Open any total and keep going: the category, the transaction, the file it came from, the exact line inside it. If FullFi shows you a number, it can show you why.
Your corrections sit on top. The line your bank sent is never rewritten, so you can always compare what you changed with what arrived.
Today, budgets open to their transactions and every transaction opens to its file and line. Reports join them next.

One event, its whole story.
Money doesn't arrive finished. A charge is authorized, then it posts, sometimes for a different amount, then it shows up again on a statement. FullFi treats all of that as one event moving through its states, not three transactions to clean up.
Records that can describe one event
- The card authorization
- The settled card line
- The monthly statement
- A receipt photo, once documents arrive
Duplicates are linked, never thrown away, and every match can be undone.

Your workspace has its own key.
Names, descriptions, merchants, and notes are encrypted before they reach the database, with a key that belongs to your workspace alone. Amounts and dates stay readable to the server so reports run fast, but on their own they don't say whose money or what for.

- Read-only, alwaysFullFi never moves money and never asks for a private key. Tracking a wallet takes its public address.
- AI only if you say soReading receipts and bills with AI is opt-in. Nothing goes to a model provider before you turn it on.
- Nothing to sellYour data isn't sold or used for ads. Our logs hold internal ids, never amounts or descriptions.
Built in the open, in order.
A ledger is only as good as its foundation, so FullFi is built from the bottom up: the books first, then imports, then everything that reads from them.
