Terms of Service

Last updated

These terms cover your use of FullFi. By signing in or using FullFi, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use FullFi.

What FullFi is

FullFi is a tool for recording and understanding your finances. It keeps one ledger across bank accounts, cards, cash, currencies, investments, crypto wallets, and DeFi positions.

FullFi is read-only. It doesn't hold your money, move funds, make payments, execute trades, or take custody of any asset. It never asks for private keys or recovery phrases.

FullFi is not a bank, broker, exchange, or adviser. Nothing in FullFi is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Decisions you make with what FullFi shows you are your own.

Your account

  • You sign in with Google, GitHub, or an Ethereum wallet. Keep those accounts and wallets secure. Anyone who controls one can sign in to FullFi as you.
  • You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has access, sign out everywhere from Settings and tell us at hello@fullfi.app.
  • You must be at least 16 to use FullFi.

Your data

  • It's yours. You keep every right to the information you put into FullFi.
  • You give us permission to store, encrypt, and process it only as needed to run FullFi for you. That includes showing it back to you, calculating totals and reports, and keeping backups.
  • We don't sell it. The Privacy Policy explains what we store and how we protect it.
  • Only import data you have the right to use.

Accuracy

FullFi's figures depend on what you enter and import. They may also depend on outside sources, like exchange rates, prices, and blockchain data, which can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. We work hard to make every number traceable to its source, but we can't guarantee the data is complete or accurate. Check important figures against the original source, such as your bank or the blockchain, before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

Don't use FullFi to:

  • break the law or help someone else break it,
  • access data that isn't yours, or try to get around FullFi's security or access controls,
  • disrupt, overload, or attack the service or the people who use it,
  • upload malicious files or code,
  • scrape or copy the service at scale.

An early-stage service

FullFi is new and still growing. Features will change, some will be added, and some may be removed. FullFi may sometimes be unavailable. If we ever plan to shut FullFi down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to get your data first.

FullFi is free today. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before anything is charged, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Ending your use

You can stop using FullFi at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@fullfi.app.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you why first and give you a chance to get your data.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent the law allows, FullFi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. That includes warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, FullFi isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. That includes lost profits, trading or investment losses, or decisions made using information shown in FullFi. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for FullFi in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in FullFi before it takes effect. Continuing to use FullFi after that means you accept the new terms.
