All your workspaces together
One net worth and one income and spending figure across your personal, household, and business workspaces, with money moved between them counted once.
Each workspace is its own ledger. When you belong to more than one, the consolidated view adds them up without merging them: open the workspace menu at the top of the app and select All workspaces together. The link appears once you belong to two workspaces or more, and the page sits under Reports → All workspaces.
What it shows
- Net worth on the period's last day, and money in, money out, and what's left over across the workspaces you pick.
- By workspace: each one's net worth, money in and out, and what it sent to or received from your other workspaces, in its own base currency. Switch and open its reports takes you into that workspace.
Every workspace you belong to is included, whatever your role. Select a workspace's chip to leave it out or bring it back.
The page has the same controls as other reports: the period, Realized or Total, My share or Whole when you own part of an account, and the currency to show it in, chosen among your workspaces' base currencies.
Money moved between your workspaces
An owner's draw from your business that lands in your personal account is neither the business's spending nor your income. When the same amount leaves one of your workspaces and arrives in another within a few days, FullFi treats it as money you moved: when it's sure, it leaves the pair out of the totals, and when it isn't, it suggests the pair and still counts it.
Each pair is listed under Between your workspaces, with how sure the match is. Select Leave it out of the totals or Count it in the totals to decide yourself. Your choice applies to your view only and changes nothing in either ledger.
Currencies and rates
Each workspace converts with its own exchange rates, at each day's rate. A figure that's missing a rate ends in "*" and says what it leaves out. To add the rate, switch to that workspace and add it under Settings → Money setup → Exchange rates. See multiple currencies.
The consolidated view only reads. Nothing on it records anything in a ledger.
